Beside me is
Leo Oracion, the first Filipino to reach the summit of
Mount Everest, the world's tallest mountain on May 17,2006. Though there was a dispute that another Filipino climber, Dale Abenojar, is the first to summit on May 15, two days before Leo Oración, doesn't really matter. They both are Filipinos whom had made our country so proud. At least, may magandang balita tungkol sa bansang Pilipinas! yehey :) ! This was taken at SM City mall in Quezon City. Leo Oracion together with the three ladies are promoting an outdoor apparel in support of the plan to climb again Mt.Everest.
The ladies in the picture are (from left:) Carina Dayondon, Janet Belarmino and Noelle Wenceslao. These ladies will follow the footstep of Leo Oracion. They will attempt to conquer Mt.Everest in the next months to come. Goodluck to these three ladies. Our support and prayers to the three of you. Saludo ko sa inyong sakripisyo at determinasyon.
